The Solution
Logical Building Automation installed an Automated Logic WebCTRL® system which monitors and controls 270 fan coils units, 2 chillers and 200 thermal energy meters. The system interfaces with other building systems such as the lighting, irrigation, nurse call and sewerage systems.
The Optipoint™ BACnet Thermostat provided a solution to allow the occupants to locally control their heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems whilst being part of an energy efficient BMCS controlled chilled water and hot water system.
