Logical is pleased to be the awarded contractor for the Building Management and Control Systems solution at 1 Darling Island, Pyrmont Sydney.
This is an exciting project as part of Google’s Digital Buildings initiative, which sets out to represent data about building equipment in a uniform structure. This will provide Google with a better way to manage the data across a growing portfolio of Building Assets.
Logical Building Automation is playing an integral role in ensuring the Building Management and Control System (BMCS) complies with the data tagging and data model using open-source initiatives such as BrickSchema and Project Haystack.
The project is being delivered to an IOT Heavy design with capability to securely connect any IOT Device and leverage big data across the enterprise. All field devices are to reside on an IP network that will allow an enterprise platform to interrogate, exchange and manipulate data to provide for improved operational management, superior user experience and gain insights to Building performance.
