The Minters Tenancy integrated fitout comprised of the top 8 floors of premium office space in Governor Macquarie Tower.
Logical were engaged to deliver the Tenancy BMCs system over a condensed project timeframe whilst also completing the base building bmcs upgrade for the building.
The client wanted their own dedicated BMCs which controlled water cooled package units, fans and integrated to the lighting, security, VESDA, Gas Suppression, UPS and CRAC Unit systems. The lighting system interface was used to provide PIR sensor status to the HVAC system which avoided timely and costly duplication of PIR sensor installations for the meeting rooms.
The AfterHours web and mobile solution was provided for booking and scheduling of the Tenancy’s Lighting and HVAC systems.
Shortly after occupation The BuildingPulse mobile application was implemented to provide the FM team with fast, easy and secure access to their data to better manage and monitor their equipment.
