History
Logical Building Automation has been an Authorised Dealer for Automated Logic Corporation in New South Wales since and the ACT since 2003.
In 2004 Logical Completed the First 4.5 star (ABGR) NABERS rating in NSW
Logical won the BMS contract for the first 6 star Greenstar ‘As Built‘ rating in 2009
In 2009 the company moved its Sydney headquarters to Mortdale, where it currently operates.
In 2012 Logical secured its first national contract to retrofit a client’s data centres around Australia
In 2013 Jeremy Cooke became Managing Director, Jim Henry moved to Executive Chairman and then in subsequent years to retirement
In 2015 the BuildingPulse® Platform and AfterHours mobile apps were launched
In 2018 Logical extended it’s offerings to more complete smart building solutions including people counting, lighting control, analytics and wireless sensor technology for data centres.
In 2023 Logical will be celebrating a 20 year anniversary and recently moved its head office to Kogarah, NSW.
Logical continues to expand its solutions with IoT (Internet of Things) Devices such as IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) sensors, people counting for Space Utilisation and an Enterprise Level platform to help customers with their Net Zero Targets and/or Carbon Emissions reporting.
